Article 1 - Our Identity
When you place an order you will agree with the terms and conditions UP FIT CLO is using. Therefore you are entering an agreement between the organization described below. We may change or update our terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully and regularly.

Article 2 - Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands and will normally leave our warehouse within 1-5 working days. We aim to get all orders out as soon as possible. When your order has left our warehouse, normally you will receive a tracking code in the dispatch confirmation email. UP FIT CLO cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control. Please note customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.
Shipping prices will be determined by your location and will be processed when you're checking out*:
- The Netherlands: €5,- (FREE ABOVE €150)
- Belgium and Germany: €8,- (FREE ABOVE €150)
- The United Kingdom and Luxembourg: €10,- (FREE ABOVE €150)
- France, Austria, Denmark and Italy: €15,- (FREE ABOVE €250)
- Rest of the world: €20,- (FREE ABOVE €250)

All orders are shipped with PostNL. Delivery time will be determined by your location**:
- The Netherlands: 1 working day
- EU-countries: 7 working days
- Rest of the world: 12 working days

*When you make the minimum spend for a free delivery, free shipping is applied automatically when checking out.
**The delivery time as described above, enters after the order has been dispatched.

Article 3 - Return policy
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the product. You can open the package and check the contents. However, all products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. Please send a note with your personal info inside the package. Return costs are
for the customer and are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated by UP FIT CLO customer service. When returning, we will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. After a return has been processed and if the consumer has paid an amount, UP FIT CLO will repay this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or revocation. When free shipping is applied, we still charge the shipping costs by deducting it from the total refund amount.

Article 4 - Prices
All prices displayed on our website includes 21% VAT (Value-Added Tax). Shipping costs are applied per order and will depend on the country/region your order needs to be delivered (see article 2). All prices will be applied in
EURO's. This may costs differences in prices due to different currencies.

Article 5 - Payments
Accepted payment methods 
are: iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card and PayPal. When purchasing products to consumers, an advance payment of no more than 50% may be charged. If as otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the consumer shall be paid within 14 days after receiving the order. In case of non-payment by the consumer, UP FIT CLO has the right to charge the reasonable costs announced to the consumer, subject to legal restrictions.

Article 6 - Availability
When purchasing an item, it is always possible that the purchased item cannot be processed in case of a lack of availability. We will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail.

Article 7 - Promotions / discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order. UP FIT CLO can refuse or cancel the use of a discount code at any time and depends on the stock availability. If you have any trouble with using a discount code, feel free to contact us at contact@upfitclo.com.

Article 8 - Privacy 
We respect our customers account information as private and confidential information. We will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. All payments are secured by iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, Visa and Afterpay, the most trusted internet payment processing companies. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared with third parties.
